CUB SCOUTS IS MYTHICAL

Location: Camp T. L. James  in Downsville, La.  

Thursday, June 3rd - Sunday, June 6th

 

Early Bird Patch      Regular Patch

 

Early bird fee for Camp is $125 per Scout. To get this special rate, a $30 early bird deposit must be paid for each Scout by Friday, April 30th, 2021.  The price for any Scout registering after April 30th is $150. Last day for regular registration will be Thursday, May 27th. The balance of the fees must be paid by Thursday, May 27th.

All Units are required to have at least 2 adult leaders or parents in camp at all times. If you have a female scout then 1 adult leader will need to be female.  The Leader/Adult Fee is $50. For every 10 scouts a Pack brings, one leader is free. 

New Tigers are eligible to attend camp if they have completed kindergarten.  

T-shirts will be available for order through Friday, May 21st. The cost is $12 per shirt for sizes YS-AXL and $14 for 2XL and 3XL.

Whether you choose to pay online with a small convenience fee, pay offline by mail, or come to Scout Shop in Monroe to pay, you must hit the purchase button for your registration to be recorded.

Before 5/8/2021 a discount of $25.00 will apply to all Cub Scout Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
$30 of registration is non-refundable, but can be transferred within the Pack to a new Cub. Exceptions must be requested in writing to the Louisiana Purchase Council. The balance of the fee is refundable upon written request by unit leadership, under the following conditions: Illness of the Scout prevents their attendance at summer camp. Illness or death in the family of the Scout prevents their attendance at summer camp. The Scout's family has moved from the local council, making it impractical to attend. If a Scout becomes ill while attending camp and is sent home by camp medical personnel, they are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the balance. This request must be made in writing by the Pack leadership by June 20th, 2021. Fees are not refundable for homesickness. Leader fees are refundable under the same conditions as camper fees. Campership awards are not refundable and not transferable.
