At Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation (BALOO), you learn how to plan a campout for your Cub Pack, have a camp fire, learn about health and safety topics, First Aid, outdoor activities, nature, forestry and much more. The Boy Scouts of America National Policy is that there must be BALOO (certified adult) present at any pack-organized campout.
