SUMMER ADVENTURES AT CAMP ATTAKAPAS
SUNDAY, JUNE 6TH - SATURDAY, JUNE 12TH
We ask that the Scoutmaster or one appointed designee register the unit for Summer Camp. A single registrar for the unit prevents duplication and confusion. The unit designee will register the scouts and adults online for both camp and the scouts for their merit badges. Units may either pay online with a convenience fee from the credit card company included or send in or drop by their payment to the Scout Service Center. If you would like to send in payment just select Pay by Mail on the check out screen and then hit purchase. In either case, push the purchase button for the registration to be recorded in the registration system.
Before you make final payment for Summer Camp, please call Robin Richard at the Scout Service Center at 318-325-4634 to confirm your balance due.
Please note that if you register by April 22nd and pay the early bird deposit of $30 for each adult and scout; there will be a t-shirt included with the discounts (a $25 savings). The discount for youth will be reflected in the total right before you check out. Do not worry if you do not see the discount reflected on the individual signup section. After April 22nd you will still be able to purchase a t-shirt ($12 Adult Small - Adult XLarge $14 Adult 2X-3X) thru May 20th.
The system will allow you to pay just deposits or full registration amounts up to the early bird deadline. FINAL IMPORTANT NOTE, when you begin entering your Summer Camp registration, please either Login or do Set Up for New User. If you complete as guest you can not log back in to make changes. You will have to call the Council Service Center for assistance.
